Job Description
The Customer Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met throughout the product lifecycle.This role acts as the main liaison between customers and internal teams regarding quality issues, driving problem resolution, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality concerns and issues.Manage customer complaints and lead problem-solving activities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8 D, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
Coordinate containment, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.Ensure timely and effective communication with customers regarding issue status and resolution.Monitor and report key quality performance indicators (PPM, warranty returns, customer scorecards).
Participate in customer audits and ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements.Support new product launches by ensuring quality requirements (APQP, PPAP)...
