Overview

We are seeking a Junior Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our Operations Services Team. This role is at the intersection of data centre operations and modern cloud infrastructure, providing hands-on exposure to automation, Linux/Windows administration, and cloud platforms.

What You Will Do

• Monitor, control, and report on site service technician activities and hosted customer systems to ensure continuous operational integrity.
• Manage physical infrastructure tasks, conduct proactive monitoring and scheduled inspections of facilities and server systems, and maintain data centre environments to the highest standards of cleanliness, documentation accuracy, and operational readiness.
