Infrastructure & Security Manager

Duration: Permanent Placement

Location: Fully Remote (Must reside in Austin, TX as the role will be moving to at least 2 days onsite)

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years in infrastructure / security / IT ops

3+ years in leadership role (infra/network/security teams)

Strong experience with servers, networking, VPNs, firewalls, identity/access

Experience with vulnerability mgmt, patching, and incident response

Experience with hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)

Vendor management experience

Experience supporting production-critical systems

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Microsoft stack (Azure AD, M365, Windows Server)

VMware / Hyper-V / Veeam / monitoring tools

Security frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001)

Firewall / SD-WAN tools (Fortinet, Meraki, etc.)
