Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Manage, monitor, and maintain physical and virtual environments (Dell servers, Cisco switches, Dell EMC storage).
• OS & Virtualization: Install, configure, and patch Windows Server, RHEL, and VMware.
• Security & Backups: Execute infrastructure hardening based on Singapore Government security standards; manage backups, recovery, and firewalls (FortiGate).
• Modernization & Monitoring: Support container platforms (Kubernetes/OpenShift) and monitor system health using Grafana and Prometheus.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date SOPs, infrastructure diagrams, and change records.

Requirements:

• Skills: hands-on experience with Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, and enterprise hardware (servers/storage/networking).

Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Change, and Problem management).
