Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to support our growing factory and office IT operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows OS for end-user devices (laptops/desktops).
• Provide daily IT support, including software installation, user account setup, and peripheral device troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues such as switch port connectivity, IP configuration, and Wi‑Fi access problems.
• Assist in maintaining local network infrastructure, including switches, access points, and structured cabling.
