Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer III to join our Infrastructure Operations team, supporting a large-scale Microsoft 365 and Azure (Entra ID) environment. This role focuses on Tier 3 support, handling complex escalations, improving platform stability and security, and driving process improvements across the Microsoft ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is technically strong in Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, Hybrid Exchange, and PowerShell, with a proactive mindset and a passion for building scalable, secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Tier 3 Operations & Support
Provide Tier 3 support for escalated Microsoft 365 and Azure incidents from Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Exchange Online, Azure Entra ID, and Hybrid Exchange environments
Own incidents end-to-end, including root cause analysis and permanent resolution
