Responsibilities:
Lead the M&A IT integration project, providing strategic guidance to workstreams and reporting progress to leadership. Conduct readiness assessments by gathering information on IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. Define and execute the integration strategy for transitioning acquired entities into the customer environment. Coordinate efforts across integration teams, business leaders, and workstream leads. Oversee integration planning, execution, and performance evaluation. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and third-party contractual obligations. Support post-integration transition to Business-as-Usual (BaU) and RUN teams. Drive solution design and architecture in collaboration with technical stakeholders.
