Your new role

• Working in a Data Centre environment, providing customer support ensuring Service Levels are maintained and the ticketing system is fully up to date
• Work alongside experienced engineers, learning from them through structured training programs and on-the-job experience
• Learn a range of technical skills including cabling/patching and the installation of server, network and storage hardware
• Hours: 8.5 hour shifts Mon‑Fri, between the hours of 6am and 11pm.
• The role will be based full time at the Data Centre so please ensure you are happy with the commute to site on a daily basis.
