Information Technology Technical Recruiter

The UK IT Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for technology and IT roles across the UK market. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and engaging candidates, conducting screening/interviews, managing the hiring process, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout.

Talent Sourcing & Screening

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Review CVs and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening calls and interviews (phone/video/in-person) to assess experience, skills, and cultural fit.
