Provides frontline technical support to end-users and ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations in the Taguig office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware and software support to end-users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment and systems
- Manage user accounts, access requests, and basic security controls
- Escalate complex issues to the Infrastructure & Operations Lead
- Assist in asset inventory and documentation updates
- Support onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
