We are seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands‑on technical support, network troubleshooting, and data center assistance at our Jundiai site. The ideal candidate will have strong fundamentals in networking, server management, and IT infrastructure operations within an SLA‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support, including network and hardware troubleshooting.
• Work with network devices such as switches, routers, and wireless access points (preferably Cisco, Riverbed).
• Assign switch ports to VLANs and patch phone ports as needed.
