Information Technology Site Lead

1. IT Service Delivery & Operations Oversight
· Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure service delivery for the AP Shared Service Centre (GBS-KL).
· Oversee day-to-day operations of computer rooms, server environments, telephony systems, data center components, and workplace technology.
· Ensure consistent, stable performance of applications and infrastructure through collaboration with global/regional IT teams.
2. Escalation & Incident Management
· Serve as the primary IT escalation point for all GBS-KL users regarding IT infrastructure issues.
· For non-infrastructure issues, coordinate with regional service delivery managers/business engagement managers to ensure clear ownership and timely resolution.
3. IT Policy, Compliance & Audit Support
· Ensure IT operations comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to system development, implementation, validation, and maintenance.
