Key Responsibilities
Provide deep administration and troubleshooting expertise for middleware technologies, particularly MQ and JBOSS, across both on-premises and cloud environments.Perform middleware, monitoring, and backup administration and troubleshooting activities in compliance with company policies and procedures.Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to middleware, monitoring, and backup tools.Develop automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Python scripting to enhance agility and operational efficiency in middleware, monitoring, backup, and related infrastructure areas.Support audit processes, infrastructure/network security scans, disaster recovery exercises, and security-related drills.Research, evaluate, and deploy new...
