Job Summary

The Information Technology Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals across various technology domains. This role works closely with hiring managers and clients to understand technical requirements and deliver suitable candidates within agreed timelines, particularly for contract and permanent roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand technical, functional, and business requirements
• Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases
