Information Technology Operations Specialist

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Operations Specialist to own end‑to‑end IT infrastructure management, desktop support and network security for our Malaysia entity and ASEAN major project. You will ensure 7/24 stable operation of all IT systems and devices, deliver responsive technical support to employees, and support corporate digitalization initiatives, in alignment with Geely Group IT standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of full corporate IT infrastructure, including desktop PCs, servers, network devices, printers, CCTV and access control systems, ensuring reliable 7/24 uptime for all hardware and software.
• Conduct regular inspection, troubleshooting and optimization of LAN, wireless and office network environments; resolve issues including network lag, disconnection, IP conflicts and access anomalies promptly to guarantee seamless office connectivity.
