Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

Job Description:

• Manage users from Active Directory Windows Server
• Manage users and devices from Azure Cloud and Intune Endpoints
• Manage user’s mailbox on exchange servers (O365 Administrator)
• Working with ticket system
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network problems
• Assist IT Network for troubleshooting network
• Hardware repair and maintenance (desktop/laptop/printer/cctv)

Qualification :

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
• Familiarity with computer hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with troubleshooting software/hardware issues
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and common business applications
