Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Our client, a global data center company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. The role is based in Johore.
Key Responsibilities
:Manage & Maintain: All data center IT infrastructure (network, servers, storage, virtualization, backup)
.Ensure Uptime: Guarantee high availability and performance of critical systems
.Lead Projects: Design and implement infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations
.Lead the Team: Direct and mentor infrastructure engineers and technicians
.Security & Compliance: Uphold strict security policies and industry compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
.Vendor Management: Oversee hardware/software vendors and service providers
.Monitor & Optimize: Use tools to monitor health, analyze trends, and optimize resource utilization
.Disaster Recovery: Own and test the DR/BCP plan
