Information Technology Infrastructure Manager

Our client, a global data center company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their team. The role is based in Johore.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage & Maintain all data center IT infrastructure (network, servers, storage, virtualization, backup)
• Ensure uptime by guaranteeing high availability and performance of critical systems
• Lead projects by designing and implementing infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and migrations
• Lead the team by directing and mentoring infrastructure engineers and technicians
• Security & compliance by upholding strict security policies and industry compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2)
• Vendor management by overseeing hardware/software vendors and service providers
• Monitor & optimize by using tools to monitor health, analyze trends, and optimize resource utilization
• Disaster recovery by owning and testing the DR/BCP plan
