Information Technology Associate

KRKA FARMACÉUTICA, S.L., a member of multinational pharmaceutical company Krka, present in over 70 countries and leader in the production and distribution of medicines, is looking for IT Associate.

Major tasks and duties:

• Cooperating with the central IT team of the Krka Group in development, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure (CRM, ERP, Document Management Center)
• Participating and leading local development of IT systems and other technical projects
• Train end-users on HW functionalities, SW applications and IT security
• Act as local help desk, providing technical support for IT systems to users and report incidents/requests to central service desk
• Cooperating in procurement of IT equipment (hardware, network, mobile, system applications)
• Setting up and updating local IT procedures according to the Krka Group policies and standards
