Information Technology Assistant

We are looking for a IT Assistant. This role is responsible for supporting local IT operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT service delivery under the guidance of local management. The role also works closely with HQ/ Group IT to follow corporate standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Local IT support & Operations

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support for users, including hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.

2. Coordination & Alignment

• Support implementation of IT initiatives directed by local management and HQ/ Group IT.
• Follow established IT standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency with Group practices.
