Responsibilities include providing technical support, assisting with printer and system troubleshooting, and ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems. The role also involves analyzing and identifying technical issues and implementing solutions to enhance system performance and functionality.
Education
BS(CS)/BS(IT)
A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
Experience
At Least 1 year of experience related to IT
Skills
Proficiency in Technical Support and Information Technology practices and workflows
