What You’ll Do:
This is a dual-focus role. You are the go-to person for both our technology stack and our operational needs.
1. IT Administration (The Digital Backbone)
Saa S Management: Oversee the lifecycle of our software stack (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Zoom, etc.). You’ll manage user provisioning, access controls, and license optimization.
Device Lifecycle: Manage hardware procurement, security setup (MDM/Endpoint protection), and offboarding for a distributed team.
Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor basic cybersecurity hygiene (2 FA enforcement, password policies, phishing awareness).
Support: Act as the internal helpdesk—you’re the person the team calls when the screen won't share or a password needs a reset.
2. Operations Administration (The Operational Floor)
Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with service providers, Saa S vendors, and office-related suppliers.
Documentation: Maintain clear, accessible wikis (using Notion/Confluenc...
