About the Role
We're a looking for a hands-on technologist who can keep our tech humming today and automate the way we work tomorrow. You'll be the go-to person for everyday support, systems roll-outs, and process improvements that let the rest of us move faster.
Key Responsibilities
End-User & Service Desk: Rapid first-line support, onboarding/off-boarding, light training.
Infrastructure & Cloud: Maintain LAN/Wi-Fi, firewalls, Google Workspace/M365 tenants, backups, migration efforts, and patching.
Website & Domains: Update website content/CMS, SSL renewals, DNS, and domain housekeeping.
Telephony: Set up and manage VoIP handsets, call flows, and vendor escalations.
Core Systems:
Deploy and administer our Student Management System (SMS) and Learner Management System (LMS).
Evaluate and roll out other SaaS or on-prem software as needs arise.
