Information Systems Manager

Our client is a well-known food manufacturer with plants in NYC and NJ. Due to growth, seeking an Information Systems (IS) Manager to join the IT staff. Primary duties include:

+ Managed day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliability, performance, and availability of systems, servers, networks, and ERP platforms across the organization.
+ Led ERP system administration, including database performance, application support, custom development, and creation of reports, dashboards, and add-on tools.
+ Monitored system health and security, performing routine checks, intrusion detection, and ensuring integrity of hardware, software, and data processes.
+ Directed IT infrastructure support and upgrades, including hardware/software installation, testing, troubleshooting, and coordination with external vendors and service providers.
