Information Risk Manager – Disaster Recovery Center of Excellence

_We're looking for a_ **_Manager, Information Risk Management – DR CoE_** _to join the Disaster Recovery Center of Excellence (DR CoE) within Global Information Risk Management (GIRM). This role leads the day-to-day execution of Level 2 Independent Oversight over DR Plans, E2E tests, Attestations, and Unannounced Data Center Tabletop Exercises, ensuring consistent application of the Manulife’s Disaster Recovery Standard and the IRM L2 DR Oversight & Challenge Methodology across all segments._

_You will manage a team of Senior IRM Specialists, perform quality review of oversight outputs and challenge statements, and partner closely with the DR Practice Area and Segment IROs to drive consistency, transparency, and effectiveness in DR oversight and remediation._

_This role combines team leadership, stakeholder management, and active involvement in the closed-loop DR oversight lifecycle with accountability for delivery against SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs._
