Information Operations Exercise Developer (PSYOP)

COLSA Corporation is seeking candidates for an Information Operations Exercise Developer with Psychological Operations (PSYOP) experience to support the Marine Corps Information Operations Center (MCIOC) in Quantico, VA. The ideal candidate shall plan for and coordinate exercise control groups in support of Information Warfighter Exercises (IWX). Exercise support functions include: scenario design, coordination, preparation, execution, evaluation, analysis, war gaming, and after-action reporting across the exercise life cycle. Task may require off-site support and periodic CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Support to each IWX (and other exercises) as exercise planners through each stage of the Joint Exercise Life Cycle and then as members of the exercise control group.

+ Provide facilitator/mentor support to the training audience related to planning and execution of PSYOP/MISO through the seven-phase process.
