**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a mission-critical **Information Management and Knowledge Management (IM/KM) Analyst** to support the Joint Staff J-7, Deputy Directorate for Joint Training and Exercises (DDJTE). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and assessment of strategic-level Joint training exercises. You will develop, administer, and optimize collaborative information environments essential for creating shared understanding and enhancing decision-making across the Joint Force.

Working directly with the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, and other military and government partners, you will implement KM best practices, drive process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
