Information Management & Intelligence Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and own the R&D Information & Knowledge Strategy and roadmap, aligned with digital transformation and AI priorities
• Partner with Digital and Data Leads and senior R&D leaders to align knowledge products with strategic priorities. Translate complex scientific knowledge needs and prioritized use cases into technical solutions and communicate roadmap and value to leadership
• Own end-to-end information pipelines – from unstructured data ingestion (publications, lab notebooks, regulatory submissions) to exploitable context layer and knowledgebases powered by NLP, LLMs and Agentic AI workflows
• Procure and deliver scientific information services, competitive intelligence tools and literature mining platforms, including vendor management
• Set governance standards for information quality, lineage and lifecycle across CP R&D, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, IP and data security
