1. Functional / Business Analyst Consultant
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop functional knowledge and expertise across assigned software solutions
• Conduct Level Zero training for end-users
• Participate in requirements gathering and documentation
• Support UAT and overall system implementation/rollout activities
• Coordinate system support, engage with users, and drive change management initiatives
Qualifications & Competencies:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• CPA Finalist is an advantage
• Good understanding of ICT and technology
• At least 1 year experience in Accounts/Finance or IT
• Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, problem-solving, and organizational skills
