Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Specialist

Overview We are seeking a proactive and strategic Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships Specialist to help grow our influencer, ambassador, and affiliate ecosystem across North America. We are a fast-moving direct-to-consumer brand focused on scaling long-term brand awareness and sales growth through authentic creator partnerships. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with hands-on influencer marketing experience who excels at relationship building, creator discovery, and end-to-end campaign management.

Part time (20 hours per week)

Rate: 8 - 9 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Influencer Discovery & Outreach: Identify, research, and source creators, influencers, and ambassadors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and affiliate platforms. Build and maintain organized creator databases and outbound outreach pipelines.
