Lead the industrialization of new products, materials, and technologies from R&D into mass production.
Act as the primary technical interface between Plant operations and R&D to ensure smooth and effective collaboration.
Translate R&D requirements into actionable plant activities, including investment planning, capacity readiness, and process capability.
