POSITION SUMMARY The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is accountable for the operational supply of the required industrial services for the plant and ensures the safe, reliable and efficient maintenance of the industrial services equipment and supply services for all assigned areas. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Be accountable for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the industrial services to meet the operation's demand. This includes direct supervision of the operators and technicians, providing direction, and developing their capability and performance. Industrial Services operation includes ensuring service is provided in the right quantity and quality, reliably and efficiently, minimizing cost and environmental impact. Ensure that the equipment is properly and safely maintained according to the maintenance plan utilizing SAP AMM and Nestlé's Engineering Foundations while minimizing the impact on production.
