Job Description
Our client is seeking an Industrial Relations Partner to support a workforce of approximately 1,000 employees, ensuring sound employee relations, legal compliance, and constructive engagement between employees and management.
This is a hands-on advisory role for an experienced IR professional who can balance business priorities with employee wellbeing, and who is confident navigating complex people matters with both empathy and authority.
Responsibilities Advise on and manage employee and industrial relations matters across the business Guide managers through misconduct, incapacity, poor performance, and grievance processes Ensure disciplinary and grievance procedures are fair, compliant, and consistently applied Support CCMA cases and external labour processes Provide guidance on labour legislation, company policies, and best practice Identify trends and proactively mitigate employee relations risk Support the development and implementation of IR policies, frameworks...Ready to Apply?
