This is a hands-on, advisory role for someone who understands the balance between business needs, employee wellbeing, and labour legislation — and who can confidently navigate complex people matters with empathy and authority.

Requirements:

•3–5 years' experience in an Industrial Relations or Employee Relations role

•Solid working knowledge of South African labour legislation
