**Essential Responsibilities and Job Duties:**

+ Notify Commercial Sales of upcoming projects for bid.
+ Assemble plans, specs and bid dates for projects that will be bid.
+ Take off materials and equipment from plans and specifications.
+ Contact suppliers and vendors to get prices on materials and equipment as necessary.
+ Estimate labor to install all equipment and material per project.
+ Tabulate total price for project per standard Newcomb & Company calculation procedure and review with commercial sales. Utilize a computerized estimation system (Autobid) when ...
