**Position Summary**
The Customer Service Representative supports both customer service and warehouse activities. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, sourcing parts, and performing shipping/receiving duties within a small branch (2–3 employees). You will resolve customer needs, process transactions, and ensure smooth branch operations in an industrial distribution environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Respond to customer inquiries, generate price quotes, process orders, expedite parts, and handle returns via phone, email, fax, and sales team communication.
