**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and inspecting parts, ensuring high-quality finishes through various industrial painting processes.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform general paint preparation functions including sanding, grinding, polishing, masking, and priming parts.
+ Operate hand-held grinders and machine grinders to polish parts after painting or remove surface layers before priming and painting.
+ Manually hang parts (up to 50 pounds) on elevated hook-conveyors or use overhead and jib cranes for heavier parts.
+ Apply industrial coats of paint using high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) guns.
+ Inspect painted parts through visual inspections, checking for defects, runs in the paint, and ensuring color matching.
