**What You’ll Do**

+ Learn industrial painting techniques including prep, coating, and finishing
+ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming materials
+ Apply coatings using spray equipment and other painting tools
+ Inspect finished products to ensure proper coverage and quality
+ Follow safety procedures while working with paints, chemicals, and equipment

**What We Offer**

+ Starting pay: **$17/hr** , increasing to **$22.75/hr after training**
