EXPERIENCE DEPTH: 1+ years of formal Auto Body training or equivalent hands-on liquid spray experience within an industrial machinery, heavy equipment, or automotive environment. COATING SKILLS: Technical proficiency in surface preparation, industrial coating mixing ratios, catalysts, and wet paint spray gun application. WORK SCHEDULE: 1st Shift (Flexible 6:00 / 7:00 / 8:00 AM starts) | 2nd & 3rd Shift options available (+$2.00/hr shift differential for 3rd shift). EARNING POTENTIAL: Up to $27.00 per hour baseline starting rate (scaling directly with technical depth) + premium overtime eligibility + comprehensive corporate benefits.
