Interfor is seeking a skilled, safety-minded, and motivated **Industrial Millwright** to join our team in **Thomaston, Georgia.** The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving industrial equipment throughout the mill to support safe and efficient production operations.

**Starting Pay Range: $29.21 - $35.11 per hour;** growth potential up to $40.74 per hour based on skill level and experience.

**Night Shift Position** with **Shift Differential of $1.25 per hour.**

**Gainshare Bonus:** Quarterly performance-based bonus.

**What You’ll Do**

+ Read and understand equipment drawings and blueprints.
