Industrial Mechanical Estimator

Texas One Source Industrial Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, soliciting vendor pricing, and supporting the sales and project management teams in securing profitable work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial construction, pipe fabrication, structural, or a related field and possess strong technical and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Review drawings, specifications, bid documents, and customer requirements.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for structural fabrication / installation, pipe fabrication / installation, industrial ventilation / ducting and industrial equipment installation projects.
• Perform material takeoffs and quantity calculations.
• Obtain and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
