Industrial Mechanic

**Job Title: Industrial Mechanic** **Job Description**
Responsible for maintaining all types of production equipment used in an industrial baking plant. Work with conveyor belt systems, heaters, ovens, mixers, rolling systems, and basic heating and cooling units. Fabricate replacement parts for machinery using basic bench top tools and welding equipment. Perform preventative tasks and emergency maintenance, and document all activities as required in a Food Production Facility. Assist with operator changeovers and troubleshoot issues during 'dry runs'.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain and repair production equipment, including conveyors, heaters, ovens, and mixers.
