This direct-hire opportunity plays a critical role in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, performing preventative maintenance, minimizing downtime, and ensuring efficient plant operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, a proactive approach to equipment reliability, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.
