**Job Description**

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting equipment for defects, such as wear, misalignment, and insufficient lubrication, and determining the best repair methods to minimize production interruptions. You will advise when immediate equipment shutdown is necessary to prevent damage and when temporary operation can continue without harmful effects.

**Responsibilities**

+ Dismantle, clean, repair, replace, install, maintain, assemble, and lubricate mechanical equipment.
+ Erect scaffolds, hoists, and chain falls as required.
+ Make temporary or permanent repairs as needed.
+ Assemble and align gears, bearings, and shafts, and manage piping, valves, and fittings.
