Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st shift)

**Maintenance Technician (Temp-to-Hire)**
**Location:** 100% on-site in Monroe, LA 71203
**Schedule:** Mon to Fri, **1st shift:** 6 am to 4 pm
**Pay rate:** $/20
**Contract:** W2 under staffing supplier for 3-months (temp to hire, according to performance)

We are seeking a **Maintenance Technician** to ensure our production facility runs safely and at peak efficiency.
**The Role:**

+ **Troubleshoot & Repair:** Fix production machinery and facility equipment (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
+ **Preventative Maintenance:** Conduct routine inspections and log work orders.
+ **Electrical & PLC:** Diagnose and repair electrical issues, drives, and PLCs.
+ **Safety:** Maintain a hazard-free environment and respond to urgent repairs.

**Requirements:**

+ **Experience & Education:** 1-3 years in industrial maintenance. HS Diploma / GED. Additional training is a plus.
