Industrial Facility Maintenance Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Industrial Facility Maintenance Engineer to oversee and execute the operation, maintenance, and repair of utility and HVAC infrastructure for our client’s advanced industrial project in Kotka. This position bridges practical field execution with site coordination. You will be responsible for ensuring the high reliability of critical cooling systems, chilled water networks, ventilation, and general facility utilities within a high‑standard manufacturing facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Field Operations & Inspection: Execute routine site walks, daily utility inspections, preventive maintenance (PM) checklists, and structural condition monitoring of all facility systems.
• Technical Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose, adjust, and repair industrial HVAC systems, large‑scale process cooling water systems, chilled water loops, and air handling units.
