Reporting to the Newcastle Site Services Manager and based at our Newcastle Wire Mill in Mayfield, the Industrial Facilities Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable and cost-effective management of key assets such as buildings, roads, rail infrastructure, cranes and utilities.
What you will be doing:
Manage a team of planners, schedulers and trades personnel to deliver preventative, corrective and improvement works safely and efficiently.

Oversee contractor and vendor performance across services including cleaning, waste management, grounds maintenance, rail infrastructure and other site services.
