Summary You will serve as an INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING & TECH WORK DOC MGT DIV, FRCSW ENGINEERING FST of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will serve as the senior industrial engineering technician (IET) lead for assigned production and Centralized Coordination Office (CCO) Business Development Division (BDD) projects/programs. You will track productivity initiatives and process improvements and assess their influence on workload standards. You will support FRCSW capability establishment projects for aircraft, component, engine, and ground support equipment systems. You will establish time standards and man-hour estimates for existing and emerging programs to support accurate resource planning.
