Job Description

Job summary:

The Operational Excellence (OpEx) Manager is responsible for deploying and maturing the existing TBCT OpEx Framework within the local plant. This role focuses on embedding the guiding principles, behaviors, systems, and tools outlined in the TBCT model to drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement. The OpEx Manager will work closely with plant leadership, local cross-functional teams, and Global OpEx Leader to build a culture of continuous improvement that aligns with our global standards while addressing local needs.
Essential duties:
Lead the plant through the implementation of the TBCT OpEx Framework locally, ensuring adherence to its guiding principles and systems while delivering YoY improvements in Cost, Quality, Service, and People.
