Industrial Engineering Intern

This is a temporary, full-time position expected to last approximately 3 months.

The Industrial Engineering Intern supports continuous improvement initiatives within USBP’s manufacturing operations while gaining hands-on experience in Lean manufacturing principles, visual management, work instruction development, time studies, and process improvement.

This role provides the opportunity to apply engineering and problem-solving skills in a production environment while contributing to projects that improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a motivated problem solver with strong communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and a desire to learn and contribute to a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
